Withdrawal Right
CONDITIONS FOR THE EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The right of withdrawal is exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully met:
-) a communication of the exercise of your right of withdrawal must be sent to LipsiaGROUP, within 10 working days from the date of delivery by email to info@lipsiashop.it, or also by registered letter to the Seller's address: LipsiaGROUP Srl Unipersonale, Via Monte San Michele 20 / B, 21049 Tradate (VA), Italy;
-) the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged
-) the products must be returned in their original packaging (in the case of products in sealed packaging, the packaging must be sealed as originally; if you want to return a kit, you must return all the items that compose it).
-) the returned products must be sent to the Seller in a single shipment. The Seller, in fact, reserves the right not to accept products from the same order, returned and shipped at different times;
-) returned products must be shipped within ten (10) working days from the date you received the products.
The costs of returning the return will be at your expense. If you have complied with all the required conditions, the Seller will refund you the full price of the products purchased. On the contrary, you will be contacted if your return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions. In this case, you can choose to have the purchased products back at your expense. If you refuse this shipment, the Seller reserves the right to keep the products and the corresponding amount for the purchase of the products.

REFUND TIMES AND METHODS
After the Seller has received your return and checked that all the requirements have been met, you will receive an e-mail confirming acceptance of the return. Whatever the method of payment you use, the refund is activated by the Seller as soon as possible, and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date on which it became aware of the exercise of your right of withdrawal, once verified that the withdrawal took place in compliance with the above conditions. The actual time for crediting or returning the sums you paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used. The re-credit usually takes place within thirty (30) days.
